I’m Nicole Flynn, LCSW, a trauma therapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, clinical supervisor, and founder of Nicole Flynn Psychotherapy in Los Angeles.

I work with adults healing from sexual trauma, childhood abuse, relationship abuse and interpersonal violence, complex PTSD, and dissociative disorders, including OSDD and DID.

My approach is grounded in EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work. I care deeply about pacing because meaningful trauma therapy is most effective when there is enough safety, trust, and connection to support it.

My style is warm, engaged, and nonjudgmental. I’m not a blank-screen therapist. I ask questions, notice patterns, and help people make connections, while also paying attention to when something feels like too much or when we need to slow things down.

Along with individual therapy, I lead therapy groups for women healing from sexual trauma. I also provide clinical supervision to associate therapists and consultation for clinicians seeking support with complex trauma, dissociation, and integrating EMDR into their clinical work.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and have pursued advanced training in attachment-focused and complex trauma treatment.
