I specialize in complex trauma and have over eight years of experience in mental health. Before starting in private practice, I worked with individuals in community mental health agencies, psychiatric hospitals, hospices, and veterans suffering from PTSD and trauma-related disorders. I have extensive experience in trauma recovery and am a psychotherapist with the California Victims of Crime Program. I have specialized training in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic therapy.
