Trauma & PTSD
You might feel on edge, easily startled, or like you can’t fully relax—even when things are calm. In therapy, you’ll learn how to come down from overwhelm and begin to feel safe inside your own body again. Over time, you can make sense of what happened and start to trust yourself in the present moment.
Childhood & Attachment Wounds
If you grew up feeling unseen, criticized, or alone, you may still carry that pain within you. Together, we’ll explore those early experiences and how they shape your relationships, boundaries, and sense of worth. You’ll begin to understand your patterns with compassion and learn new ways to connect and feel secure.
Sexual, Physical & Emotional Abuse
After experiences of abuse, it can be hard to feel safe in your body or to trust others again. Trauma can show up in ways that linger long after the abuse has ended. In our work together, we focus on gently rebuilding a sense of safety and belonging—at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll honor what you’ve survived while supporting you in feeling more grounded, connected, and confident in your daily life.
Dissociation & Disconnection
At times, you might feel far away, foggy, or like parts of you shut down to cope. These are protective responses that helped you survive. For some people, this can include more distinct parts or dissociative identities (often referred to as DID).
Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe to help you stay more connected to yourself, moment by moment. You’ll learn gentle grounding skills and ways to build internal communication and stability—supporting a greater sense of wholeness, presence, and choice.
