EMDR Consultation & Professional Support

As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant-in-Training (CIT) with EMDRIA, I offer consultation for therapists who are pursuing EMDRIA certification or wanting to deepen their trauma work with complex clients and dissociation.

Our focus is on strengthening fidelity to the EMDR model while integrating Somatic Therapy (TRM) and Parts Work in a way that feels safe, attuned, and true to your clinical style. My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and precise in your work—without losing your own presence and intuition in the process.

EMDRIA Certification Requirements

EMDRIA requires a minimum of 20 hours of consultation with an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. As a Consultant-in-Training, I can provide up to 15 of those hours toward certification. The remaining 5 hours must be completed with an Approved Consultant. Only 10 hours can be group consultation.

During the consultation process, you will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency and fidelity to the 8-phase, 3-pronged EMDR protocol

  • Case conceptualization using the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model

  • Appropriate use of modifications for safety and client readiness

  • Integration of EMDR with complex trauma, developmental trauma, and dissociation

How I Support Therapists

Therapists who work with me describe our consultation as grounding, clarifying, and deeply supportive. My goal is to help you feel more confident and centered in your trauma work—especially when cases feel complex or activating.

Together, we slow down the process, make sense of what’s happening in the room, and find structure without losing attunement. Our work often blends EMDR, somatic awareness, and parts-based thinking in a way that helps you feel more regulated and resourced as a clinician.

My style is warm, curious, and down-to-earth. Therapists often leave our sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident in their clinical decision-making.

Whether you’re seeking EMDRIA certification, consultation around dissociation, or space to reflect on your own nervous system in the work, we tailor each meeting to what you most need that day.
